I led end-to-end, cross-platform user experience design of digital auto care.
Background__
When we created the Vehicle Mind smart car care application we focused on car maintenance and health. This gave users more control and knowledge about their vehicles but it also created a dependency on a Hub.

We reviewed the user personas that were created during our work on the app. This time we decided to focus on BusyJane's needs.
Storyboard
Storyboard helped us to identify the key moments in the experience of scheduling an appointment. It allowed us to create a shared vision of the story and reveal issues and key screens early in the development process
